Joe Amberger is the president and owner of Cavalier Fire Protection, Inc., a position he has held since 1998. Cavalier specializes in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of commercial and residential fire sprinkler systems. He has over 28 years of experience in the fire protection industry in the United States and abroad. He holds a NICET Level III from the National InSTitute for Certification in Engineering Technologies. In December 2007, he purchased Lee’s Hill Golf Course with his brother-in-law, Jamie Loughan. They are the sole owners of A&L Golf Services, LLC and Lee’s Hill Golf Management, Inc. Joe and his wife Kellie have three daughters attending Fredericksburg Academy.
Nicole Jinier is the CEO and Co-Owner of Paragon Autism Services, an agency that provides intensive ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She has been working in the field of autism since 2005 and holds a MaSTers of Arts in Teaching degree, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, as well as a certificate in Autism Education. Nicole has taught courses at the undergraduate level in Child Development and Education and has a wide range of experiences in education and educational advocacy. Nicole currently serves as the President for the Autism Society of Northern Virginia. She and her husband Matthew have one daughter who has been attending Fredericksburg Academy since 2013.
Diana Kolodgie is the Head of the Mission Engineering and Future Concepts Branch at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division providing technical and programmatic leadership over requirements engineering, architecture definition, and concepts of integration for future capabilities. Diana has a proven leadership record for workforce development and continuous process improvement, pioneering efforts across organizational boundaries to execute corporate and department initiatives. Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington in 2003 and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in 2008. Through her personal dedication to promote leadership and confidence in girls, Diana STarted and continues to lead a Girl Scout troop in the FA Lower School. She serves as a Celebrate FA! Auction committee volunteer. Diana and her husband, Shawn, have a daughter attending Fredericksburg Academy.
Mansour Azimipour has been president and CEO of A&K Development Corp. since 1988. A&K is a land acquisition, development, and residential building firm. Mansour is also president and CEO of Wilderness Land and Property Corp., a commercial construction and property management firm, and principal broker of A&K Realty. He received his MBA from Tehran University after studying in the UK for two years. Before immigrating to the United States in 1985, he was CFO of a large international trading company. Mansour established the Orange County Economic Development Group and also serves on the county's Tourism Advisory Commission. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Second Bank & TruST. Mansour and his wife Farzaneh have twin daughters who attend the Academy.
Mike Jacobson is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Chem-Dry of Stafford. Chem-Dry is the world’s largest carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning company with over 4,000 franchises in 52 countries. When Tammy's family moved to the Fredericksburg area from Falls Church, VA, they quickly discovered that the public education available was not what Tammy needed. She joined Fredericksburg Academy shortly after the beginning of the school year for 6th-grade, and graduated in 2001 as part of the first class to be double-digits. Tammy attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Directly after graduation, she was hired by Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics as a specialist in Hematology and Urinalysis. Tammy is currently employed by Johnson & Johnson and works with ophthalmic lasers. She is the owner of four cats and two dogs, the oldeST dog being a grand champion show dog.
